Cancellation Policy

Users may request to cancel their course enrollment under the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
• No cancellations will be accepted once course materials have been accessed.
• All cancellation requests must be sent to support@splentechnologies.com.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure user satisfaction. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• No refunds will be issued if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
• All refund requests must include proof of purchase and be sent to support@splentechnologies.com.
